Making a Galette with Mallory Grimm Tubbs

Tuition includes a delicious lunch made by Mallory and LUNCH in Sewanee

This cookery class will focus on how to make rough puff pastry and use laminated dough to create beautiful, rustic galettes with seasonal fruit and vegetables. Participants will use their skills to make dough, fillings, build and bake their galettes, making some to enjoy for lunch as well as taking home ingredients and recipes to make more on their own.
