Ancestral Immune Tonic and Remedy Making with Katie Braswell- October 21st

  • Sequatchie Cove Farm 310 Dixon Cove Road Sequatchie, TN, 37374 United States (map)

This hands on class will be taught by Katie Braswell and Sandy Nannen, a local mother daughter duo, nutritionists, homeopaths and ancestral food / herb enthusiasts.

In this class, you will learn to make three immune supportive remedies that provide beneficial herbs and nutritents to support your body during the winter months. There will be a hands on demo to make fire cider, elderberry syrup and chicken and vegetable bone broth.

You will leave this class with the knowledge and understanding of how to create these in your own home plus 1 quart of bone broth, 1 pint of Elderberry syrup and 1 pint of fire cider to ferment.

We will be using all local and organic ingredients. Join us as we explore how we can best utilize natures magic to support our bodies!
